He brings technical and commercial insights to acquisition opportunities, building upon his experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, with procurement, capex cost estimating and risk management expertise.
Jonathan has advised on more than £80 billion of global M&A transactions, making him one of the most experienced Technical Advisors in the European M&A market.
Jonathan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), with post-graduation qualifications in Project Management (APM exam pass) and completion of a Masters Module in Urban Resilience from MIT/ Arup University.
Jonathan is an experienced, pragmatic professional who understands investments from an investor perspective and is able to provide insight into the real red flag issues and help to mitigate these in a transaction environment.
